Fall / winter wishlist : bags & scarves

fall-winter-2013-bags

Let’s face it, when winter hits, bags and scarves (amongst with coats) are the key pieces that will make your outfit. If it is freezing outside, your pretty dress or your amazing sweater will be hidden underneath your coat for no one to see. To cope with that, I always have a stylish scarf and a beautiful bag to accessorize my look. This season, I am craving structured bags. If you’ve watched my most recent “What’s in my bag” video you’ll know that I am totally in love with my 3.1 Phillip Lim Pashli bag. Mine is a bit more summery so I am currently craving this blue version. For everyday, I am either carrying a structured tote like this Michael Kors one (I might have got one while I was in Chicago but more on that later…) or sporting a cross body bag. I used to be a big bag kind of girl but since I got my Alexander Wang Marion bag, I’ve been loving little cross body bags. They’re the perfect companions for shopping trips and happy hours. This deep rose one from Sophie Hulme will be the perfect one to carry around from day to night as its shoulder strap is removable and quickly transforms it into an elegant clutch. For scarves, I tend to stock up on neutral colors like red, kaki or black but I also like to add a printed one to the pile. This season, I felt in love with this feather printed scarf from Romwe. It will spice up any look while keeping you warm in the same time.Is there a certain bag that you’re craving this season?
