At the beginning of a new year, we pretty much all reflect on the past weeks or even months. It’s the time for resolutions and dreams. This January, I didn’t take any resolutions because I knew that they would be hard to keep with all my health issues. I was exhausted and overwhelmed and didn’t have the will or the time to sit down and really think about it. But as I was stuck in my bed for 10 days after the surgery, and since I felt amazeballs again, I decided to really think about all those tiny changes that I want to make in my life.
From cooking more to being more thankful and make more lists, I am sharing with you all my personal, professional and well being goals for this year. Let’s make 2015 our year, should we?!
