Whenever I want to have a quick breakfast or want to snack before the gym, I always turn to my blender to make myself a banana protein shake. This is by far the easiest recipe you’ll ever do as it requires only a handful of ingredients and a good old blender!
You will need: a banana, some protein powder (I like the Perfect Fit kind), almond milk (I also like to use soy milk). You can also add 1/2 cup of oats (to make it more fulling) and some ice cubes (to make a frappé consistency)
Throw everything into a blender, and blend, blend, blend! With time, you’ll learn which proportions work best for you. I personally like to use one scoop of protein powder, a full banana & 20cl of milk!
This is a great snack as it is packed with protein and will leave you energised for the rest of the day!&
